Subscription & Billing Terms

These terms apply to paid SeaYouSurf subscriptions, operated by Not a Startup AB (SE559566425001), and supplement our Terms of Service.

1. Plans and pricing

Paid plans and their prices are shown at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) where required.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel.

3. Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, unless cancelled beforehand.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use paid digital features immediately, you may agree that this right is lost once the service has been fully provided — this will be made clear at checkout.

6. Price changes

We may change prices; we will give you reasonable advance notice, and changes apply from your next billing period.

7. Giving back

A share of subscription revenue is donated to ocean-cleanup efforts. The exact share and our cleanup partner are published on our site and may be updated over time.

8. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds.
